double bank feed

Hello,
My bank feed disconnected a couple of weeks ago and when I connected it again now I have two bank feeds, one ending transactions at that disconnected date, though including transactions I've resolved and marked, the other one (I set it up starting from 1 April) covering everything and asking me to start from scratch.
I'll greatly appreciate help in resolving it.
