Browser routinly freezes for a few seconds

I have the same with Safari - getting very slow - a major issue for me.

The technical team are investigating this. I will stick to using Fire fox and Safari rather than Chrome to test - have you received any error messages?

No error messages - I check with other web sites and get instant responses . So it is a CB issue.

I have now tried Chrome - same problem, although a pop up box saying 'waiting for secure.clearbooks.co.... ' appears. I get about 5 minutes before things slow down to almost stop. I have to log out and in again to get things moving. It is a chore now to use CB.

Any news from your techies?

I've just checked and this issue is still with our technical team. They will investigate the issue further and hope to have a resolution for you in the near future.

Keep your eyes peels, and in the mean time continue to use Firefox for Clear Books.

• OS version
• Browser version

• Hardware details: processor and ram memory.

  Does this happens in http://secure.clearbooks.co.uk only? or do you have open http://clearbooks.co.uk too?

  How many tabs do you have open normally when this happens?

  How long does your browsers keep running when you have this errors? (just some minutes? hours? even days)

  This information will help us to track the source of the problem. We've been trying to replicate the issue here in our testing machines but can't get anything wrong with the site.

Only use http://secure.clearbooks.co.uk
max 2 tabs
Machine is closed down daily
But please note when CB is grinding to a halt, I can open any new tab on any other site immediately at full speed
