Missing invoices

I imported all my new client's old invoices from the previous accounts (Sage) via a CVS file last Thursday - everything balanced.
The client has continued creating new invoices. Today I check and a number of the old invoices are not there, I try to re-import but am told they are on the Database. What can/do I do?
