Resource on Amazom S3 is slowing down the admin

For the past few days one resource on Amazon S3 has been slowing down my admin significantly:         (removed)         Normally loading times are around 2-3 seconds. Now they often take 10 seconds and beyond.         I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome. The problem started a few days ago.

I did some testing and it appears to be operating at an acceptable speed now. Please let me know if you are still having problems.
