Delivery/invoice address retention

Once an invoice is settled, the invoice/delivery address should be fixed. Editing the addresses for contacts should not update the address on settled invoices.

Hi David, Is it the case that the new and settled invoices are for the same customers? Is this still occurring? I'm sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you. I hope we can still resolve this for you.

You are quite right, this happens for me too. I'm not sure exactly what can be done, but I will raise it with our developers right away.
