While using Clearbooks I keep getting a Marquee scrolling through the middle of the screen with "Become a Clear Books shareholder for £8.94. Find out more here. For updates read our blog."
This clearly should be at the top of the page but jumps all over the place on many pages.
Using Chrome 29.0.1547.76 on Mac 10.8.4

No that is not the problem. Your implementation is messed up. For example look at this image of the add customer pop-up

Hi Andy - thanks for highlighting this and you are correct - it's interfering with the popovers. We are putting this right.
It is still happening. The Emails page is messed up.
