this should have gone to problems, not ideas !!!

Hi Martin, I'm sorry for the lack of comment on this issue, perhaps it was also dealt with elsewhere. Could you please let me know whether this is still outstanding?

no, I still get downloads with a duplicated entry

I'll look straight into it for you, Martin. Could you tell me where to find the example in question please?

If it is what I think (and there is not a lot of detail in the attached query) it is in a bank download. When i see it, I now disregard it and delete the line. However, it is much more disconcerting for other users who are not so familiar with ClearBooks or confident in what they are doing.

It may be simplest to let this lie a bit longer and then I contact you next time I see an example of it. What do you think ?
