The log in page for pre 2013 subscribers has definitely changed regardless of what has been said. I now have to use a new password...why!!!

Your on line help is very poor and slow to react...not even reading the email that has been sent to you.

The telephone number for any support is almost impossible to find and when you call they cannot help.

Do not keep asking me if I want to go back to the old theme...I do not.

The system has been great for 2 years but the back up is almost non existent.

Raising funds is great but please use some of them to improve your service!

Yes sorry Philip - We are trying to migrate away from the passport as it is causing issues with invites and other related problems.

Some users, who were on the passport, have experienced problems with this change if they had updated their email address or password while we had our new Clear Books log in system in place. This may have included your account. Are you still unable to access or has your password been reset?

If you want to update your password head to Home>Dashboard and use the guide below:
