Client overview

If I have been invited into a Clients account but I'm not managing the subscription, the client will not appear in the list on the client overview.

I am so sorry it has taken so long to reply to you on here. has this issue been resolved for you or is it still persisting? If it is, could you please give me an example and I will look into it for you.



It's still the same. Not a massive inconvenience but those clients are certainly less visible.

Hi Alex,

When logging into your Artisan Accounts account it looks as though all the registered accounts do in fact appear in the drop-down. Could it be the case that there are some which are not associated with your account at all? Could you please give me a list of the missing clients and I will try to trace them for you?
