I have switched from sage, on trying to calculate January salary it doesnt deduct TAX & NI why would this be?

did same to me - as it doesn't have the historical pay data (even if you manually enter it, it is ignored) therefore calculations are incorrect, :/

Can you please submit a ticket for this if you have not done so already to contact support.

Saif, please can you undo the payroll you have done the for the employees and reprocess them fully for the full tax year of 2013/14. Your P60 will not include all the information otherwise as you have employees which have started before the tax year.

Putting the information on the Employee details will not update this year's P60s, it will update the figures for the year the starting date is.
