Copying journals seems to have a glich - if you copy, the system deletes the original journal - only happened recently

I do a lot of journal entries on Clearbooks. I frequently copy the journals and, up to this weekend, there has not been a problem.

I copied a journal this weekend and the system DELETED the journal I copied from. I know this is what happened as I did exactly the same thing this morning and the copied journal was deleted.

Why is this happening now?

Please explain.

Hello Fiona,

Please can you tell me which journals are creating problems for you in a ticket please. I will need to get the development team to look at the problem for you. They will need to see if it is an isolated case or if it is effecting all Clearbooks users.
