'Payable To' shows my Organisation name incorrectly

The 'Payable To' field on the Payment Advice slip of my invoice shows an old organisation name. How can I update it to the current organisation name?

SOLVED!!
After some sideways thinking realised I needed to change it in the cheques payable to in the Bank Account section!
