No Accept option in Quotes

When I create a quote and email it to the customer, I'm getting feedback that there is no 'accept' button to hit! So I'm having to wait for customer to come back and I then manually 'accept' the quotes. Any idea why I have not 'accept' button?

Hi Neil,

Do you send a link to the statement in the quote email? The accept quote button will appear on the customers statement. If the customer is having problems accepting the quote then please send us an email and we will look into this for you.

So you have to send a 'statement' link as well as a 'invoice' link to give them a PDF for each quote? That's daft. All my customers want is a PDF quote with a yes or no button. Something for you to consider me thinks! Neil

Create an idea thread to include Accept button on HTML quote similar to Pay Now button on invoices I will vote for it.
