How do I 'explain' an income line on the bank statement that is actually a supplier credit?

Hello,

I have £25 refund from a supplier. It shows as an income line on the bank statement.

When I try to 'explain' it, only sales documents are highlighted - because it is in the income column.

How do I explain it please?

Hi Graeme,

When you click on the transaction line in the imported statement, there should be a refund tab. If you click on this it will allow you to select the supplier and you can enter in the details of the transaction.
