RTI EPS for nil payments

Hi,

Your RTI submission for 'no payments during this period' still doesn't seem to be working. It all looks as though it is working correctly but HMRC are still saying they haven't received any of the information. We have been trying to file these for a few months for Global Furniture Direct. Could somebody please have a look at what is actually being submitted and see if there are any issues with it?

Hi Paul,

I have taken a look into this for you and everything is ok. The submission has in fact been sent correctly and successfully, so there are no problems from our side.

It might be best to get into contact with HMRC and give them the correlation ID shown in Open Payroll > Employer > RTI > Submissions.
