Email Attachments

Hi

When I try to open a document that I have stored in email attachments I get a 404 error. Could you take a look please. Only have one file its named Terms.pdf

Also seams my customers no longer get this file when I attach it. Used to work fine!

Hello Jason,

Please can you try to remove the file via the global attachments and then re-upload the file. Try to send yourself a dummy invoice and see if that solves your issue.

If not, can you please send us an email to contact support quoting this Communitiy post so we can get this checked out with a member of the technical team.
