Unable to send a VAT return to HMRC

I have appointed CB as my agent though the Government Gateway, and created a VAT return on CB. But I am unable to send it to HMRC. Could you please let me know what's gone wrong?

Hi Akane,

The reason you cannot submit the VAT return is because you do not have the correct permissions set up. Please speak to your accountant to set this up for you.
