Hi there,
Please note we added a new company call "Emerging Media Limited"
When We try to book any activity its asking for a full payment of £20, I emailed your office a few times but no response received. As you know we have a few companies and we pay discounted price.
Can someone deal with this urgently as I need to send an invoice to a customer immediately.

You need to choose the correct plan for your business and then click on the Pay by direct debit button.
No plan has been selected so it is not going through.

I have just checked the subscription for this account and it now looks like you are on the reduced rate Reseller Plan. So, it looks to be sorted. I hope this helps.
