Error when attaching file to emailed quote

Hello,

I'm still having an issue attaching my T&C's to final quotes before sending them to my clients.

I've attached a screenshot for your consideration.

This issue was raised with your help department some weeks ago but I didn't receive a response.

Hi Tony,

Thank you for getting in touch and I am very sorry that no once answered you sooner. This is actually a known technical issue on our system, so I will refer it straight to our technical team who will work on getting it fixed as soon as possible. I will keep you updated once it is finished.

Hi Tony,

Would it be possible for you to forward your T&C's which you are trying to attach to me please as I would like to see if it is this file in particular? Please send it into contact support and mark it for my attention.

Sure Chris,

However the T&C's were working for about a year before this error just appeared one day. FYI: The file is a PDF.

I tried attaching the file as before and it worked... however now its back to telling me that the Invoice ID is not Valid....

May I ask what browser you are using, please?

As you can see from this screenshot, I have managed to successfully add the T&C's again. Would you be able to try again and let me know what happens as I seem to be able to do it on your account without any problems.
