Support - Access for Accountant

Dear Clearbooks

I have added my new accountants email as users to my Clearbook but they are saying they are not receiving the invitation.

Please can you assist.

Are they already Clear Books Partners? If so, they wont get an email, they'll just automatically get access via the drop-down in the top right corner.

Can you send an email in to contact support and we will be able to look into the pending invite for you.
