I was preparing a PO. And while saving, it gave an error message, saying "GATEWAY not found". I closed the package and reopened and tried again, and it shows the same message! Please advise

I've tried replicating this on both the test account and on the account ASWAT FZ LLC, however I did not get the error message saying "GATEWAY not found."
Could I ask that you reset your browser, try using it on another browser or use a private (incognito) window. If the error still persists, please can I ask that when you next get this error message, if you could kindly copy the URL link and send it to us via a ticket to contact support along with a screenshot then we'd investigate this matter for you further,
