User Invite

I have invited an employee numerous times. He has accepted the invitation email but in the users section it remains pending. I have added users before and not encountered this issue.

Hello Benjamin,

If you send in an email to contact support detailing the employee you're referring to, I'll take a look into why the invite is still showing as pending.
