Overcharged by Gocardless abd Clearbooks itself.

Hi John,

We are very disappointed that we have been more than once for each account. We we tried to add a new account couple of weeks ago we were given an option to open a gocardless account which we did but if you check your both clearbooks and gocardless you will see you are charging us both places.

Can we have all the refunds today please.

gocardless login is jamaal@smhm.co.uk (this was our original login accocunt but when we added a new company Emerging Media I was advised to use new email to log in which is below) clearbooks login -

We request you to investigate as a matter of urgency.

I have cancelled all go cardless payments, please see below:

GoCardless Your Direct Debit to Clear Books plc has been cancelled Your Direct Debit for Emerging Media Egypt has been cancelled.

If this was not at your request, it may have been cancelled by Clear Books plc.

The following payments will not be taken:
