Timesheets adding superfluous minutes to each entry

Hi,

I'm getting times added and subtracted from my timesheets

for example i enter 3h and i get 3 hours 2 minutes

even when i correct these and it says "Timesheet Saved" there is no actual change to the times so i can't correct this!
