Problem with subscription

every keep having to update my subscriptions but only know about this when a client cannot get in why is that

Is this for new clients who have been given the 30 free trial by any chance?

This is for existing client and I have to change this every month

Hi Lars,

This is because in each of the examples given the clients are on monthly subscriptions which do need renewing every month. To avoid this you may change to a yearly plan with a one-off payment for each account.

may I also point out that, currently, your Partner Account's subscription has ended as this too is set to a monthly subscription. I would therefore recommend renewing this (free of charge) to ensure that you are able to get the best deal for your clients.
