Cannot activate Reverse Charge

I am trying to follow the tutorial to enable reverse charge and I cannot

I have less options on "Settings" section

Could you help me?

Hello Daniel,

You will need to get your accountant to turn on features for you.

I have turned this particular item on for you as it maybe time sensitive for your business.
