Open Payroll / Staff Room

Hi, I have added our employees in Open Payroll but only one (me) has made it over into Staff Room. I have checked starting dates and all seems to be in order, can anyone help?

Hi Steven,

Can you confirm what subscription plan you currently are on for your Staff Room by navigating Home > Users and scrolling down to Staffroom.

Alternatively, you can send this information through a ticket by navigating to need help and selecting send us a message.

Hi Anan, I have attached a screenshot - I pay monthly for Clearbooks and thought I was in a free trial for Open Payroll and Staff Room.

Hi Steven,

I have looked into your account and the reason you are unable to see any employees in staffroom apart from yourself is due to not having paid for additional employees. To show the additional employees you will need to navigate Home > subscription and update your Staff Room subscription.

Additionally, your Open Payroll and Staff Room subscription is not selected as a free trial.
