Cancelled but emails is still going out???

I have cancelled our account with yourselves, but we are still getting emails and also emails sent to our clients for being overdue... for which they are not...

Please stop doing this, as we are not using your system anymore for more than a year!!!

I have looked into this for you and you currently have 1 account open please can you send a copy of the emails you are receiving to contact support. Additionally if you would like me to close this account please do let me know.

Nothing has changed...!!!!

You are still emailing my clients with outstanding invoices/statements etc. even if my account with you guys has been close.

And I cannot go into my accounts to even remove/delete the emails out of ClearBooks. We should at least get into our historical information or on demand allow us to delete our account's data on demand. Really. Please fix this up....

We are NOT using your system for over a year anymore and your ClearBooks is causing untold issues with our clients thinking that we are demanding payments for outstanding invoices etc... !!!

Hello Wolfgang,

I've just looked into this and your email settings are set to enable auto reminder after 14 days for any invoices being overdue. This is therefore sending out emails for any unpaid invoices from your account every 14 days.

Your account was not closed down so I will do that for you now.
