Problems with importing

Is anyone experiencing problems with importing? It's not been importing PayPal or bank transactions for the last few days. Is it just me or are others having problems?

I'm trying to evaluate CB and I can't get it to work either.

Hello,

How are you trying to import your files? If you are using Yodlee, please can you send us a ticket to contact support and we will need to contact the Yodlee team.

If you are using a CSV, you will need to ensure that the formatting of the CSV is correct as this can cause issues with the import.

I'm trying to do a PayPal import

I am trying to import bank account data using Yodlee. I am also trying to import transactions using the automatic import facility. Both are not working. I had the same problem before Xmas and it was some technical error that needed to be resolved on your end. I suspect it is the same or similar issue again. I have not changed any of my settings thats why I believe it must be something on your side, once again.
