Charged for 2 Open Payroll users

Hi

I have been charged for 2 Open Payroll employees when I should have been charged 1 as I have 1 included with my package.

Hi Dmitar,

My apologies for this error. I have now placed you onto the correct subscription plan for Open Payroll and also credited your account for the overpayment. This will go towards your next payment (whichever subscription comes first).

Thanks for your reply.

The subscription shows 'Standard (2+ Employees) 2 £2.50 / employee / month Your Plan (closed) '.

It looks like I cannot add any more employees if I need to in the future and it also says Closed in brackets. Is this correct?

Let me just look at this for you.

That should all be correct now. If you have a look you will see that you are on the one free employee plan with two in total.

That looks correct now.

I am now showing 'You currently have a credit balance of£2.32'. This should be £2.50 as it showed before you made the last change.
