waiting for chat help

how about updating your chat help box by either giving us an idea of wait time. I have already suggested a bell going off in the office because sometimes I wait more than 10 minutes and nobody chats then when I call it's answered immediately - bit frustrating.... Thanks.

when you click on chat you are usually in the middle of something and need a chat so you can move on...... still waiting......

I GIVE UP. I'll call. I need to pay a sub contractor and he is waiting.
