Expenses/Invoice integration

Hello,

Does anybody use any expense/invoice management software? I have heard of receipt bank but wondered if anybody had used it or other similar products. Any hints/tips?

Hello Mark,

Why don't you try Kagazz? It has a very nice integration with ClearBooks and it provides you with a mobile app to upload all your receipts and then automatically syncs to ClearBooks.

ReceiptBank is also an option but if you want to do real-time sync on the go from your smartphone, Kagazz is something you should try and see if it works for you.

Be interested to hear how this works for anyone too, the built in expenses has a few flaws that make it clunky and time consuming to use. For example can't just do an expense claim for one journey or trip combining all mileages and receipts into one claim (as only allows one supplier and mileage and receipts are separate)

Thank you very much for your response. Do you know how kagazz integrates with clearbooks? I would like a system that prevents me from double keying my data. Also how easy is it to synch with clearbooks, has to be simple. Do you know of its available on android?
