VAT rate = "Existing item rate: 0%"

I've created a draft invoice and given it a vat rate of "0%". When i re-edit that invoice the VAT rate has changed to a new item called "Existing item rate: 0%". Changing it back to "0%" and saving does nothing. The next time I edit the invoice it is back to "Existing item rate: 0%".

What's going on here? What is "Existing item rate: 0%" and how is it different to "0%"?

Hello Richard,

This is an issue that our development team are currently looking into.

You will need to select the 'existing item rate 0%' option for now but once the fix has been put in place, the VAT rate will show as 0% on your invoices.
