Hi I paid for part of an suppliers invoice from our paypal account to their paypal account. Unfortunately clearbooks has taken the total plus the paypal fees off their account. eg I paid $5000 to them and clearbooks has taken $5050 off the outstanding. How do I make the changes as the $50 is our fee.

Each of these payments was imported with a Paypal transaction fee - this data has come from Paypal direct - are you sure they shouldn't have these fees?
To get rid of them you will need to delete the payments and re-explain - however before you re-explain, make sure to delete the Paypal transaction fee.
