Problem with payment details ?

On logging in tonight the following message appeared:

"There is a problem with your payment details.

To make sure you do not lose access to Clear Books, please review your payment details on the subscription page. Click here to review your subscription information."

My subscription is due for renewal in Sept, what is going on?

Hi CJ. The technical team noticed this on your account yesterday and fixed the problem for you, so that was why the message had disappeared today. There is no problem with payments or your subscription on your account and you will be able to renew as normal in September. I hope this has been helpful and apologies for the inconvenience!

It'll just be a warning msg to say the card details you've got stored are due to expire I presume?

Hi Kevin,

I don't pay by card. There is a direct debit set up on my bank account through Go Cardless which worked fine last September.

By the way, the message didn't appear when I logged in this morning!
