Could you possibly send your request to supportATclearbook.co.uk - we don't have a subscription status available on the application at the moment, however our technical team should be able to help out in this case.

I don't believe you can downgrade to the best of my knowledge i'm afraid Richard.

Kevin is correct, I am afraid that it is not possible to downgrade an account. If you would like to take out a different offer, then you would have to start a new account.

Thank you for the reply - I am retiring and closing the business down - however I have to keep company records for 5+ years how do i do this without paying £24 per month??
