We are using Clearbooks payroll function for the first time in this financial year. Previously the payroll for this company has been processed on other software. How do i enter the employees year to date figures?
Also where do i enter the User ID and Password to enable RTI submissions?

There is no YTD option, one of my huge bugbears with the payroll module. You'll have to recreate all pay runs to date, just don't submit anything to HMRC (luckily you're only 2 months into the financial year so it shouldn't take long).
Re password - if you head to Settings do you then see a heading called 'agent details'? My options could be slightly different to yours so i'm not 100% sure if that's what you'll see.
