Hi, How can I check if a recurring invoice has been emailed to a customer? As this is the first time I've done it, I imagine it hasn't been set up, in which case how do I set this up? Thanks, Jonathan

To email an invoice on an adhoc basis just click on the envelope icon beside the invoice number:
To send emails automatically for invoices that generate from a recurring invoice template please see the guide below:
Just be aware that when you enable this setting it will opt in all your customers - you can opt out particular customers using the guide below:

Firstly, within the recurring template you will see listed the invoices that have been generated. In order to view if they have been sent out, please navigate to Sales > Emails where you will see a full list of all emails which have been sent out.

Ok thanks - so given it has not been email out, how do I email this particular invoice and set it up so that future recurring invoices email out automatically? Thanks, Jonathan

Please note that turning on this feature emails all unpaid invoices, not just recurring invoices.
