VAT Refund on Bank Imports

I used the Quick Pay to handle the VAT refund transaction as suggested by John at Clearbooks. But the dashboard VAT figure doesn't seem to have picked up the transaction. So the amount showing on the dashboard is different to what my actual VAT liability is. When I say actual VAT liability I mean what a Clearbooks VAT return says it is - so CB VAT return figures differ from CB Dashboard VAT figures

How do I correct the dashboard figure?
