Hi, Can you import invoices into ClearBooks from from another system, if so how do you do this?

Thank you for this information, I see that you can also import Customers, would you be able to both at the same time or would it need to be done in separate files as two different imports?
Also what is the customer identifier, is it just the name which I presume has to match perfectly and is it case sensitive?

Hi Rudi,
You can use the same file to import both sets of data, however make sure to import the customers first as customer name is a required field on the sales invoice import tool.
The customer identifier is just the customer name (which is case sensitive), if you use the same file this shouldn't cause any problems.
