HELP, recieving HMRC's annoying letters, RTI, Payroll???

HMRC have specified a charge for not submitting the payroll info to them for the month of march and april. However, tried submitting these rti returns today and figured they are no longer accepting them for 2014/15.

So how do i submit this info to them? if i pay these charges, do i still need to submit rti returns? AND will they lift the charges if correct returns have been submitted?

Hi Samaira,

Open Payroll will not allow you to submit any data for the previous tax period as per HMRC guidelines. You might need to speak to HMRC about whether or not you still need to submit this data, however I believe you can still submit using the HMRC PAYE tools:
