Re-import from Receipt Bank

Hello, I've imported some transactions from Receipt Bank but omitted to tick the 'import scans' box (which I have to say is easy to miss!). How can I re-do this process so that I can include the scans? Thanks, Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

The only way to do this would be to void/delete all the imported items and simply run the import again from scratch with the box ticked.

Would you like to now simply import the scans on their own without the receipts, as these have already been imported?

Yes I suppose so - I don't mind how to do it so long as I end up with both the transaction and the receipts as I would have done if I had ticked the box in the first place
