Emailing recurring invoices

Hoped recurring invoices would automatically be emailed to the customer by the system when generated. This didn't happen. Is it possible?

Hi Tony,

Yes this is possible - just head to Sales>Emails >Settings and tick the check box to Enable auto sender:

Toggling this on will opt all your customers in to receiving an email as soon as an invoice is generated either manually or automatically from a recurring template.

If you have this setting enabled already just make sure the customer in question is opted in to the setting:
