Hi Rudi,

You can export any report you want from Clear Books by navigating to the Export screen (Tools > Export) and choosing the required report (in your case I suspect you want General Ledger) from the Report drop-down menu.

Tick the Download File checkbox and choose an appropriate period or date range, then click the Go button to commence the download.

The resultant file will be in CSV format.

I hope this helps, Richard

I'm on my phone so can't remember the exact menu path but if you just click on Reports you'll be presented with all the options you need.

Even better, invite the external user into your account with limited privileges.

Thank you Kevin, Richard,

I have found the report exports but I am not finding what I really need.

I need all invoice details and when they were paid, so it would need client information, name address and invoice details. When I tried invoice option nothing was generated.

I am looking to supply this to credit agency are you aware of anyone doing this from clear books?

Hi Rudi

If you raise a ticket and tell us exactly the layout you want, we can try to pull the information from two or more reports and see if we can get your requirement to the credit agency.

I do like Kevin's idea of inviting the external user to view the account with limited privileges.

Best regards

Latha
