Switching between currency codes and symbols

In the last week or so, my instance of ClearBooks randomly started using currency codes across all views (GBP) instead of the currency symbol (£). I tried looking for a setting to change it back and Googling the issue and this came up: https://secure.clearbooks.co.uk/community/ideas/737/option-to-use-currency-codes-not-symbols however it is a suggestion from 4 years ago for a feature to switch between currency codes and symbols.

If this is a new feature, how to I switch it back to currency symbols which is my preference?

If this a defect, please can this be changed back? Happy to raise as a problem instead.

Hi Chris

The toggle feature on your account had the currency code box ticked which then chooses to display in codes rather than symbols.

I have now unticked the box in the account and shows £ rather than GBP.

In future, if you need to change this please go to Settings>toggle features>currency codes and choose your option.
