Hi there
If I want to capture onto the system, as well as my P.A. so we require two different login detais and passwords? And where do you go to set that up please

Hi Taryn,
An admin user can set up as many other users as you like on the Home>Users menu. The guide below should help explain how to do this, however if you have any questions just let me know:
If you would like to invite the user in with specific permissions you can create a new role first using the guide below and then invite as shown above.
