Projects

Question asked by Shirley Wyatt 9 years ago

Hi We pay commission on PAID sales invoices, and not invoices created. Doe anyone know how I can get a report, by project of PAID invoices??

I am sorry, Shirley. The transaction report does indeed show movements of actual payments, however it may also include part paid invoices. It won't include invoices which are totally unpaid. These are the only project based reports we have in the system. There is no specific report for paid invoices by project, I'm afraid.

Hi Shirley,

There are two reports which may be of interest to you for this. Firstly, you have the main Projects report (Tools > Projects > Report). This will give you quite a lot of data and compare one project with another. Your other option is to look at the transaction report (Reports > Other > Transactions). This will give you a list of payments which have been made (so actual money received) under a particular project.

Hope this helps

Chris

Hi Chris,

Reports>Other>Transactions includes all invoices, not only the ones we have received payment for. I need a report where I can see paid invoices per project

Hi Shirley,

I am afraid these are the only reports of this type which can be filtered by project. I am sorry for any inconvenience this restriction may cause.

Chris

So when you stated 'This will give you a list of payments which have been made (so actual money received) under a particular project.', it was incorrect? I can't actually get this info, is that now correct?
