Hi, How do i enter a payment that i do not want to hit the Purchase Ledger? is that even possible?
Hi Chris,
Yes, it is possible to do this by creating a journal (Tools > Journals > Create). More details can be found here:

Simply enter your description, the accounting date and the number of lines. Then choose the correct debit and credit accounts and enter the desired amount, as per below:
This will create a payment without affecting the Purchase ledger.
