Accountant Access

Hi there I wish to give my accountant access to my clearbooks account - how im i able to do this?

Please can you let me know asap. Thanks asif

Hi Asif - just go to Home>Users and "Invite user" to invite your accountant.

Give him/her Admin permissions if you want to entitle him/her to do anything in your books.

Thanks for the response. It seems that ive already given my accountant access - a long time ago.

how can i reset the password for his access?

Hi Asif - you can't reset his password, he determines that, so, if he cant remember he can hit "Forgot?" next to the password on login to set another.

Alternatively go to Home>users, delete him as a user and re-invite him.
