Charity donations

Hi Tim

If you are making a donation, create an account type Charitable Donations in P&L under administrative expenses.

Go to Settings>code>create account code and then click on the green plus symbol next to account type which will open up a box where you can create the new account type as shown in screen shot below.

Then create an account code for the Charity Donations which should be under the charity account type you created. You can create a generic code for all charitable donations or a specific one if you wish to.
